• Culture of caring for one another (ex. meal trains)
• Culture of confession and accountability (brave transparency)
• Culture of communicating gifting

Grow Spiritually

• Create a Spiritual Growth Plan (SGP), using the following as a guide:
• Practical teaching • Private Discipline • Personal Ministry • Providential Relationships • Pivotal Circumstances
• Use prayer journals to document prayer request, stories of transformation, the transformation process, etc.

Grow Numerically

• Leverage our “strategy” of accomplishing our “mission”
• Transform leaders • Teach believers • Tap resources • Target unbelievers
• Host high attendance services monthly/outreach (baptisms, christenings, youth events, movie days, marriage ministry events, etc.)

Grow Financially

• Increase our financial partners 
• Prepare to move into our own facility
• Leave this current facility better than we found it (be a blessing)
• Improve current facility to position us to function in alignment with the vision of the GrowLife Center
