Happy Father's Day! 

When we think of our dads, many of them represent strength, hard work, sacrifice, and perseverance. They're often the ones others lean on, the ones who carry heavy responsibilities and quietly push through life's challenges. Yet behind many strong faces are silent struggles, hidden burdens, and battles that were never meant to be fought alone.

Today, we'll explore why isolation is so dangerous, why asking for help can feel so difficult, and how God often provides the support we need through the people He places around us.
